What is The Nia Box?
The Nia Box is an idea of two social workers with over 40 years of combined experience desiring to provide professionals with meaningful resources via a subscription box.
How often will I receive a box?
The Nia Box plans are as follows; one-time purchase, monthly, three months, six months, and 12 months.
How much does it cost?
The Nia Box costs $74.99 monthly/one-time purchase, $204.97 for three months, $409.94 for six months, and $809.88 for twelve months.
Purchase more months and save more money! Shipping and tax are not included.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged for your total plan amount when you order your subscription or purchase a one-time box.
How do renewals work?
Your plan will automatically renew on the anniversary date of your subscription purchase.
When will I get my first box?
Your box will ship out between the 25th - 30th of each month. If you first subscribe between the 1st and 10th of the month, you will receive the current month's box as your first box. If you subscribe between the 11th and the end of the month, you will receive the next month's box.
How can I cancel my subscription?
It's always sad to say goodbye, but you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Simply log into your account and cancel your subscription. Please cancel BEFORE the 1st of the last month in your subscription plan. For example, if you signed up for an annual plan in June, the last month in your plan would be May. You would need to cancel by the 1st of May.
What is your return/refund policy?
Subscription boxes are not returnable. If you have a problem with your box, please contact us at theniabox@gmail.com. A full refund will be honored within 24 hours of placing your order. You must email us within 24 hours of your order at theniabox@gmail.com and request a refund.
